Advice on dealing with occupants of the technical area

Recently, there has been an issue with dealing with occupants of the technical area who may appear to be management staff, but are actually named as substitutes.

A notice from The Football Association providing guidance on this issue can be viewed here.

It is advised that at the presentation of team sheets, ask if any of the management staff listed as being in the technical area are also named as substitutes.
